Strategic Alliances Manager Job Description


Job Summary:

At TempWorks, the Strategic Alliances Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our integration partners. The Strategic Alliances Manager works with our integration partners to provide the best experience for our clients, increase revenue and opportunities, and evaluate partner needs. 


General Responsibilities:

•    Manage TempWorks’ integration partners while maintaining an advanced understanding of the temporary staffing industry 

•    Build and maintain relationships with existing integration partners

•    Identify, pursue, vet and present new partnership opportunities to leadership

•    Ensure client enthusiasm for TempWorks’ products and services through fielding calls and conducting on-site client visits

•    Meet with integration partners when issues arise and identify solutions to make the partnership stronger

•    Identify any relationships that may be in jeopardy and work with the Chief Revenue Officer to formulate and execute a plan of action

•    Deliver information to the TempWorks client base through email campaigns, individual communications, or phone correspondence

•    Submit product enhancement and support requests for issues brought to attention by clients and integration partners 

•    Travel to various industry conferences and partners as needed 

•    Perform other related duties as assigned


Required Skills and Abilities:

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

•    Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

•    Advanced understanding of systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software

•    Ability to work independently


Education and Experience:

•    Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

•    2+ years of experience in a Strategic Alliances Management or similar role, preferably within a software company 

•    Ability to use CRM software

•    Ability to effectively interact with various levels of management and staff both externally with clients and also within the TempWorks organization

•    Knowledge of and experience in staffing, recruiting, and/or sales 


Physical Requirements:

•    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

•    Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times

•    Ability to travel onsite up to 30% of the time 

•    Valid driver’s license preferred


The pay range for this role is: $71,000 - $105,000 + commission
